My experience in intramural

             Shot out a track ang field where athletes a heary ball, called a shut put as fan a possible from a circular throwing area. The objective is to throw the shot put farterr than you opponents . In intramural sports, shot put is often included as one of the events in a track ang field meet. Along with other evens such a sprinting, distance running, handling, ang jumping. The rules for shot put in intramural sports are similar to those in professional competitions. With some modification to accommodate the level of skill and experience of the participants.

            I have participated in shot put events in it intramural sports, which are track ang field competitions held within a school community. The objective of the event is to throw a heary ball, called a shot put , as for a possible from a circular throwing area. The rules are similar to professional competitions.but modified to accommodate the level of skill ang experience of the participants. I have taken Part in several rounds of likely experienced a variety of throws, with some athletes throwing the shot put fanther than others. The competition has alloved me to test my shvwngth ang technique, as well as socialize ang have fun with my peers.

             Overall, my emperience in intramural shot put games has been a fun and competitive way to show case my strength and skill, while promantes physical activity and sports manship.
